The Short Version
You are probably reading this because you are careful. Good. Here is what matters most, in plain words:
- You pay once. No subscription, no hidden charges, nothing recurring — ever.
- Your card stays with Stripe, never with us. It is stored only so the optional add-ons after checkout work with one click. Stripe is the same payment processor used by Amazon and Google.
- You are only ever charged when YOU click a buy button. Nothing happens automatically.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Read the whole book. If it is not what you hoped for, one email and you get your money back.
- A real person answers. Questions, doubts, refunds: info@paulschulz.org — I read every mail myself.
That's the deal. The sections below say the same thing in the formal language German law requires. See you on the other side. :)
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of digital products (e-books, guides, related materials, and recorded video courses such as the Path of Initiation Masterclass) from Paul Schulz, accessible at paulschulz.org. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Provider

3. Products & Delivery
E-books are digital downloads (PDF format) delivered instantly after successful payment. The Masterclass is a recorded video course; access is granted immediately after payment via a link sent by email and/or a member area. No physical products are shipped. Delivery occurs via email and/or a page displayed after checkout.
4. Prices & Payment
In plain words: the price you see is the price you pay — taxes included, one time, no subscription.
All prices displayed on paulschulz.org are final prices in Euros (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with German law (UStG). The applicable VAT rate for e-books is 7% (reduced rate for books in Germany).
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
One-click upsell purchases. After your initial purchase, we may offer additional products ("upsells" or "downsells") that you can buy with a single click, without re-entering your payment details. To enable this, your payment method is securely stored by our payment processor Stripe (never by us) and may be charged again for any such offer you actively accept by clicking the corresponding button. Each one-click purchase is a separate, clearly priced transaction that you authorise by that click — you are never charged without your explicit action. Stripe stores and processes this information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; we never see or store your full card details. The right of withdrawal (Section 5) and the 30-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 6) apply to one-click purchases in the same way.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In plain words: because you get instant access, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends at delivery — for the first purchase of an e-book, our own 30-day guarantee (Section 6) is longer and simpler anyway. One-click offers and the Masterclass carry no guarantee: once you have access, the purchase is final.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and German law (BGB § 312g), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Withdrawal notice
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of concluding the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Paul Schulz, Fischerstraße 8A, 10317 Berlin, Germany, email: info@paulschulz.org, phone: +49 151 29796379) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Early termination of the right of withdrawal for digital content (BGB § 356 Abs. 5). The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium (e-books, video courses) if we have begun performance after you have explicitly consented to performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to performance beginning.
You make this declaration and acknowledge this upon completing the payment process for your initial purchase and by clicking the purchase button for one-click offers (upsells, downsells), under which the relevant notice appears. We will confirm this declaration to you in the order or delivery confirmation by email (BGB § 312f). Delivery takes place immediately after; from this time, your right of withdrawal has expired.

Masterclass. The Path of Initiation Masterclass (and any other recorded course sold on this website) is delivered immediately after payment. By clicking the purchase button you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires when access begins (BGB § 356 Abs. 5). Masterclass purchases are therefore final and non-refundable. The voluntary guarantee in Section 6 does not apply to the Masterclass.
6. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In plain words: read it, and if it did not move you, tell us within 30 days and you get your money back. That's it.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the first purchase of an e-book via our sales page. It does not apply to one-click offers after the first purchase (upsells and downsells, e.g. The Path of Initiation), nor to the Masterclass, nor to other recorded courses (see Section 5). If you have read the book and it does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
This voluntary guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, texts, designs, and materials in the digital products are protected by copyright (German UrhG). The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read the product for private use.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the product
- Upload the product to file-sharing platforms or public repositories
8. Liability
The content of the digital products is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Individual results may vary and depend on the reader's personal engagement.
Paul Schulz is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of the products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Testimonials & Reviews
Customer testimonials displayed on paulschulz.org are from verified purchasers. They reflect individual experiences and do not represent guaranteed outcomes. Individual results may vary.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processor Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
