If you have read the book and it did not shift your perspective, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee is for readers who genuinely engage with the material.
Masterclass — Final Sale, No Refund
The Path of Initiation Masterclass (and any other live or recorded masterclass, workshop, or coaching offer sold on this website) is a non-refundable, final-sale digital product.
Due to the nature of the masterclass — instant access to proprietary teachings, recorded sessions, and live components — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been completed.
By purchasing the masterclass, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and German BGB § 312g(2)(13).
How to Request a Refund (eBooks Only)
Send a single email to info@paulschulz.org within 30 days of your eBook purchase. Please include:
- Your name and email address used at checkout
- Which eBook you purchased
- Which chapters or sections you read
- A brief note on why the book did not meet your expectations
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund is issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
What Is Not Covered
- Masterclass purchases — all masterclass sales are final and non-refundable
- Live workshop, coaching, or session purchases
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of eBook purchase
- Requests without any engagement with the product (e.g., the book was not read)
- Duplicate or fraudulent purchase claims
Digital Products — No Physical Returns
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF e-books). As there is no physical product to return, the refund policy above applies in place of a physical return process.
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, German BGB § 312g), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, this right expires once download or access begins — provided you were informed of this before completing your purchase and consented to immediate delivery.
By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins. This applies to both eBooks and the masterclass.
The voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above applies only to eBooks and goes beyond your statutory rights. It does not extend to the masterclass or any other live/recorded course content.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact info@paulschulz.org directly. We aim to resolve all matters fairly and promptly.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
