Awaken Thyself is the smallest dose of the real thing this school offers: a short teaching on what your spiritual senses actually are, and then a gentle awakening of them.
It isn’t a lecture about energy — you feel it, the same morning. Most people walk out noticing the world has gained a channel. If the Life Activation is the temple, this is the first window opening.

Every class here can be taught 1:1 in Berlin — useful if the group dates never fit, or if you'd simply rather have Paul to yourself. He confirms personally, by message.

No — it’s much smaller. Awaken Thyself wakes your senses; the Life Activation switches on your whole blueprint. Many people do this first, as a taste.
